Beacon Baptist Church
of Daytona Beach, FL, established in 1994, is a
fundamental Bible believing church, founded on the
truths of God's Holy word. We believe the fundamentals
of the Bible - things you simply cannot do without and
have a viable saving Faith, such as:

The Virgin birth of Christ
-
His sinless life
-
His substitutionary death
-
His physical, bodily resurrection
from the dead
-
His ascension to heaven, and
-
His physical, bodily return.
As someone aptly said,
"We believe the Bible from cover to cover." That means
we find no errors or contradictions in any of God's Word
and we believe it from Genesis to Revelation. We do not
believe the Bible simply contains the Word of God. We
believe it is the Word of God. We
call ourselves an old-fashioned, Bible believing,
preaching, and teaching Baptist Church. We still hold to
a traditional format in our music and our worship
services and feature "Southern Gospel" singing. We are
Pre-Tribulation and Pre-Millennial in regards to our
view on the Lord's return and future events.
We believe that
salvation is by Grace, through Faith; a gift of God,
"not of works, lest ant man should boast." We believe
that salvation is available only through Jesus, Who is
the Way and Who shed His blood on the Cross of Calvary
to pay the redemptive price for our sins. We also
believe that a believer is indwelt by the Holy Spirit at
the time of rebirth, or salvation, and is sealed by the
Holy Spirit unto the day of Redemption. |
